Product Review: Covergirl Glossy Days Glosstini Nail Polish

I have a confession….I’ve probably had this sample of Covergirl’s Glossy Days Glosstini Nail polish for a year and a half. I can’t remember exactly how I ended up with this sample, but I can tell you it was part of a kit that included Herbal Essences.

Now rewind to two weeks ago. I finally tried this nail polish and to be honest I didn’t have high expectations for it.

(Note: I screwed up the cap when I tried untwisting it. It is supposed to sit squarely on the bottle).

This product has exceeded all of my expectations from a nail polish standpoint. It has a gel like consistency so less is more and it dried pretty quickly (under twenty minutes).

My only pet peeve is after 2 coats I could still see the white part of my nail tip so it isn’t that pigmented.

After 2 weeks I could not see any chipping. I gave it a scratch test above my ring finger and it does come off easily so that is just something to be aware of.

Overall, this is great drugstore for someone looking for a dependable nail polish to wear.  I would even consider calling this a hidden gem.

The only retailer that I could find a price was on the Covergirl website for $3.39. It seems that Wal-Mart and Ulta have discontinued it.
