At first, I couldn’t justify purchasing this for $40 from Sephora. However, in time, I found myself quickly falling in love.
Like most people, I find primers gimmicky (or I still haven’t found the perfect one). For an oily person like myself, I felt like primers added to the oiliness of skin as the day wore on.
This primer isn’t like so.
Its a clear, yet thick liquid that when spread on your face will mattify the surface. The name claims to be poreless however I don’t see how that could be. It does blur the look of lines and the appearance of pores. However, this is exactly how I would expect a smoothing primer to perform.
All in all, I find this to be a more hydrating version of Baby Skin by Maybelline.
At $40 CAD there isn’t enough benefit from wear to warrant a repurchase of this product when there are numerous smoothing primers that will perform the same for cheaper.
