Indie Makeup Brands I Want

Aromi

Aromi is a vegan and cruelty-free American make-up brand. They specialise in lip products and scents.

The product that intrigues me the most, is the solid perfume. This product retails for $12 USD and looks like a lip balm. However, it is a scented perfume that is made without harmful products like phthalate. The small tin allows for easy mobility and can be thrown into gym bags and purses everywhere.

If you are unsure about this brand, they do offer a sample pack that consists of a small solid perfume or cologne tins for $6 USD.

As for lip products they offer everything from Matte Lipstick to Metallics. A single Matte Lipstick retails for $17 USD or a set of 4 for $58 USD. If you are more of a lip gloss person, a tube of lipgloss is $10 USD.

Sauce Box Cosmetics

Sauce Box Cosmetics is a vegan and cruelty-free makeup brand. The brand was started by a mother and daughter team in 2010 and Sauce Box Cosmetics has been slowly growing since.

The brand is known for highly pigmented eye shadows that can enhance any look from day to night. Their website states that they are making a high-quality product at an affordable price.

Personally, I love the shade range that they have and I can see myself using every shade.

They are known for having the blackest matte shadow in the cosmetics industry in the shade Black Widow (in the picture above).

They also offer a line of makeup sponges that look identical to a “Beauty Blender” at a third of the price. In their sponge line, there are even special carving and baking sponges to help with concealing and contouring.

They are active on Instagram and twitter @SauceBoxMakeup.
