A few months ago, Xiaomi launched the first Mi T300 electric toothbrush on the Indian market thanks to its crowdfunding platform. We have already made a special video on this subject and found that the product is really good, but in India it has not received much attention because of the higher price of 0.1299 rupees. That’s why the company quickly launched this Mi T100 electric toothbrush with an effective price of 599 rupees on the Indian market.
We recently ordered this toothbrush for your examination, and after 3-4 days of testing, here follows our brief review of this toothbrush.
According to several health studies, an electric toothbrush cleans teeth and gums much better than a manual toothbrush. In addition, users who use an electric toothbrush have healthier gums and fewer cavities.
- Well built.
- Small and compact
- My head is very soft.
- A powerful battery
- Low prices
Design and construction
The Mi Electric T100 toothbrush looks like a regular toothbrush with the exception of the large cylindrical handle. But best of all, the handle isn’t as big and thick as most electric toothbrushes. Thanks to its slim and compact shape, it is generally very user-friendly and easy to store.
The build quality is also good, he doesn’t look as solid as his big brother the Mi T300, but he is acceptable for this price range. It is also waterproof according to the IPX7 standard, allowing it to be submerged for 30 minutes.
The T00 brush consists of two parts, a detachable head and a lower head. The detachable head comes in the normal size and only one is included in the box. If you need an extra head or just a replacement, you can order it in the MI online shop or in the offline shop for only 299 rupees for a combination of three.
As you can see, a large rubber button on the handle turns the brush on and off and selects the positions. It offers two different modes: normal and mild (soft and good for sensitive teeth). In addition, the battery is equipped with a special LED indicator, which shows the remaining battery and the state of charge.
When you get to the battery, we don’t know what the best size is, but depending on the company, it can easily last up to 30 days if you use it for 2 minutes a day. It’s not a good song, but it’s also not a bad song. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge.
Now for actual use: I’ve been using the Mi T100 electric toothbrush for a week now and I’m quite satisfied with the performance, which is almost the same as other sonic electric toothbrushes. But I want to say one thing: The compactness and small size are the biggest advantages, it is very easy to hold in your hands and it is also very light, so using this brush in your daily work is a very pleasant experience.
But because of the small size, the pressure factor doesn’t work well, so you have to press a little, which we can call a small disadvantage of this Mi electric toothbrush.
Otherwise, using this brush is a very simple process, simply apply the toothpaste, hold the brush on the teeth, press the button and select the mode. To be honest, it takes a while to get to know the electric brush, but eventually you get used to it.
The motor of this brush is so powerful that the paste is distributed in a few seconds. Thanks to the soft brush head, the brushing process runs smoothly and is easy to handle. But I felt the vibrations were very strong. So if you have problems with sensitive teeth, use only soft mode.
Another advantage is that it has the same brushing cycle as the T300, which is 30 seconds for one side, i.e. after 30 seconds it reminds you of the sideways movement with a short interval, which is really useful on the day of use. This saves you time and extra cleaning is also bad for your teeth. After 30 seconds, the bruises on all four sides will stop automatically.
For 599 rupees, try the Mi Electric T100 toothbrush if you are tired from manual brushing. It offers a pleasant and comfortable brushing experience and a neat machine for those who want to try an electric toothbrush for the first time. A correct price, a small compact size and good autonomy are the main assets of this Mi electric toothbrush.
